Diamond Facilitation helps to develop leaders and their teams to enhance performance.

The name of my business sums up what I am all about.

I offer real quality with a sharp edge and bit of a sparkle in everything I do. My core values are:

• Creativity and flexibility. Just as you can cut and mount diamonds in different ways I will adapt what I do to meet your needs, rather than giving you a ‘one size fits all approach’

WHO IS INVOLVED?

Mark Robertson I have over 20 years experience of working at a senior level in a national voluntary organisation and the NHS. My major strength is my vision and imagination, based on intuition. I see how things fit into the ‘big picture’ even when unfamiliar with the details. I like to help leaders address complex and ambiguous problems. When training and facilitating I focus on creating high challenge/high support learning environments that really engage people and bring out the best in them. I’m particularly interested in how to ‘manage difference’, build resilience, and use conflict constructively. I have qualifications in training and action learning and am accredited to use the Myers Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI) and Margerison McCann Team Management System (TMS). I am a member of the CIPD and ILM (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Institute of Leadership and Management). As you would expect from someone whose business is about developing leaders and teams, everything I do is about partnerships. I like to work with colleagues who share my core values, but bring different approaches and expertise.
Nicky Cowling Nicky has a background in finance and Human Resources. She works as a business training and development consultant with small and medium sized organisations and the professional services firms that advise them. With over ten years experience in audit with KPMG she is skilled at quickly gaining a high level of understanding of businesses, their systems and processes and the people that they depend on for their success. Nicky is accredited to use the Insights Discovery profiling tool®. She is accredited by the Law Society, a Fellow of the CIPD and a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW ACA).
Carolyn Hooker Carolyn is an experienced management consultant who mentors and coaches senior managers and business owners and a highly skilled and passionate trainer. She has worked for two international business schools including the Open University. She is an Investors in People assessor, an ambassador for the National Training Awards, and an affiliate with the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University Business School. Carolyn has particular experience of working at board level. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Dee Wilkinson Dee is a qualified and experienced Coach with senior management experience in the NHS. She specialises in developing leadership skills. With genuine passion and coaching presence she gets results very quickly. She balances individual needs with organisational perspective. Her strengths lie in quickly building rapport and trust to enable effective challenge to take place.  this develops the client’s ability to deepen self awareness and generate choices. Dee is qualified and experienced in coaching supervision and 360 degree feedback. She is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
